Marion's Pinot Noir
Wine
Chatto Marion's Pinot Noir is sourced from one of the oldest Pinot Noir plantings in Tasmania, established in 1979 by Marion and Mark Semmens, located just north of Launceston.
Like all of Chatto's single site wines, the fruit is handpicked, hand sorted and partially destemmed, leaving a small portion as whole bunches. The wine then matures in a mix of new and seasoned oak.
Crimson purple, Chatto Marion's Pinot Noir is full bodied and muscular in style with strong dark berry flavours. Cellaring potential is seven years.
